COVID-19 Safety Policies

The health and safety of our attendees, including exhibitors, vendor partners, staff, and guests, is our highest priority. The PTS is currently working with the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel to ensure the PTS 7th Annual Meeting complies with all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended safety guidelines as well as federal, state of Maryland and city of Baltimore guidelines.

Effective August 9, 2021: Per revised CDC recommendations, the city of Baltimore announced a new local health ordnance that requires all individuals, including those fully vaccinated, to wear a mask in public indoor settings. Attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, and guests will be required to wear a mask while attending all activities at the PTS 7th Annual Meeting.

Your personal commitment to adhering to all safety policies is imperative to the health and wellbeing of others attending the PTS 7th Annual Meeting. Please be sure to follow the below guidelines:
