Audio Visual Information
All PowerPoint presentations for this year should be formatted to a 16:9 format. To format your presentation in 16:9 format you will need to go into PowerPoint and select the "Design" tab and select the "Slide Size" drop down arrow and choose "Widescreen (16:9)" a width of 16 inches and a height of 9 inches. Session rooms will be equipped with LCD-Projection for PowerPoint presentations (or equivalent) from a single computer, which will be provided.
Please Note: Individual laptop computers will not be allowed at the podium and the Presenter View feature is not available. We recommend that if you need your Presenter View notes that you print them in advance.
ALL presentations must be turned into the Speaker Ready Room a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled talk, or the day prior if your talk is early in the morning, to be pre-loaded on the main computer. An audio/visual technician will be on-hand to assist you.

The Speaker Ready Room will be located in the, Speaker Room, at the Royal Sonesta and open during the following hours:

Presenting Author Information
Podium/Tepas/STN Paper Presentations
You will be allocated a maximum of 8 minutes for your presentation, followed by 4 minutes for discussion led by an assigned discussant.
Quick Shot Presentations
The format for Quick Shot Presentations is 3 minutes of presentation time followed by 2 minutes of discussion time, totaling 5 minutes for each paper. Your presentation should be limited to 5 slides, not including the title or disclosure slide.
It is MANDATORY that you or a co-author be with the poster during the Welcome Reception and Scientific Poster Competition on Friday, November 9th from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM.
Posters should be prepared to be mounted on a 4 feet high by 8 feet wide provided poster board. We do not require the poster be this size, but it must fit on this size board. Posters will need to be hung in the Discovery Center, Thursday, November 8th by 10:00 AM and will remain on display until 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 10th. The PTS will not be responsible for posters left hanging after 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 10th.
